Is WhatsApp marketing with Balawari official and legal?
Yes. Campaigns sends through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from your own verified number, using Meta-approved templates and only to people who opted in. STOP replies are honoured automatically, as the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy requires.
Who can I send campaigns to?
Your own customers: people who messaged your business or booked with you, and contact lists you import after confirming those people agreed to hear from you. Anyone who unsubscribes is left out of every later campaign automatically.
Are the email campaigns GDPR and CAN-SPAM friendly?
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and header, comes from your identified business, and unsubscribed, bounced or complaining addresses are suppressed automatically. You stay responsible for having consent, and Balawari keeps the records that help you prove it.
What does WhatsApp marketing cost?
Meta charges a small amount for each delivered marketing message, depending on the recipient's country. It is billed to your own WhatsApp Business account, and Balawari shows an estimate before you send.
Can emails come from my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records Balawari shows you, and campaigns go out from an address like [email protected]. Until then they go out under your business name from our sending domain.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. Upload a CSV with names, emails and phone numbers. Duplicates and invalid rows are cleaned up, and you confirm the contacts agreed to hear from you.
